The FREEZE YOUR BUNS OFF RUN will be a 5k, chip timed race with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Project Recycle.
The 5K serves as the “KICK OFF” to the Colorado Healthy Living Expo, taking place at the Douglas County Events Center in Castle Rock.

Participants will receive a long sleeve Freeze Your Buns Off t-shirt, goodie bags, continental breakfast and more…Awards will be given to the top 3 male/female finishers in the following categories: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+.
Final results will be posted at the Xperience Colorado booth and the winners will be announced on the main stage of the Colorado Healthy Living Expo.
