Cherokee Ranch & Castle is a vibrant Cultural and Educational Hub, hosting a variety of activities including: Many Performing Arts Series, June through December, with Colorado Symphony Chamber Music, Denver Center Theatre Company, The Denver Brass and the Lamont School of Music at the University of Denver. We also present Community Performances with a variety of other local and regional talent. Educational Castle Tours and Afternoon Teas, and a wide variety of K-12 and Adult Educational Programs focusing on, for example, Culture and the Arts, Environmental Science, Colorado and Western History and Heritage, Wildlife, Ranching, and Birding.

Another special stop of Antiques Hit the Road the Cherokee Ranch spoof of the PBS show that allows people to have their “treasures” appraised.
Something sinister seems to have brought all these people together in this space. Is it the objects? Are they cursed by spirits of the Afterlife, as a mysterious stranger suggests? Or is something more corporeal behind the happenings at the Castle? Can the mystery be solved as people start dropping like flies?

Step back in time at the Castle. This Tour covers details of the Castle’s history and architecture, as well as its unique furnishings and collections of art from around the world. The Tour is punctuated with anecdotes and recollections of the families who built and inhabited the Castle since the 1920s.
Guided Tours for adults and children (in fourth grade or older) are typically conducted on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings. Tours begin at 9:30 a.m. and are 1-1/2 hours long.
Please arrive a few minutes before 9:30 a.m., so that the Tour can begin on time. Guided Tours are $15 per person.
